The Role
We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented cleaners (employees or independent contractors) to join our growing Calgary team. Work is flexible and can include residential homes, apartments, commercial spaces, and short-term rentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning to company standards (kitchens, bathrooms, floors, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc.)
- Complete Airbnb/turnover and move-in/move-out cleans efficiently
- Follow checklists and maintain high attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with the team and arrive on time
- Use provided or approved eco-friendly products and equipment
Requirements
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence (required)
- Smartphone with data plan
- Ability to pass a criminal record check
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods)
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential — strong work ethic and reliability matter most
- Right to work in Canada
